Syrian Army troops fended off the terrorist groups' offensives on their positions in Eastern Ghouta, killing at least 10 militants and wounding several more.

Syrian soldiers repelled terrorists' attacks in Tal al-Sawan, al-Reihan farms and Mid'ani, ending in the killing of 10 terrorists and destruction of two tanks.

In the meantime, Syrian missile units shelled terrorists' concentration centers in farms near Douma.

Also, Syrian choppers pounded several positions of the terrorist groups in the town of Deir Khebiyeh in Western Ghouta, inflicting major losses on the militants' equipment.

Governor-General of Damascus province Ala Monir announced on Saturday that after Darayya and Mo'adhamiyeh, four other towns have also joined the peace talks with the Syrian government.

"Successful performance of the Syrian government and army men in Darayya have encouraged the towns of al-Tal, Elhameh, Qodsiya and Wadi Bardi to join peace agreement," Monir said.

"Syrian-Syrian agreement has accelerated reconciliation trend in the province, in the meantime, good behavior of the Syrian soldiers and officials with people in Darayya caused civilians in Mo'adhamiyeh to accept courageously engagement in peace with government," Monir added.

"A government committee will pay a visit to Darayya in the next few days to collect information about the requirements of civilians there to start rebuilding of the city," he further said.
